GRANVILLE WINERY FERMENTATION BUILDING

Granville Winery sits on land that was originally planted in 1972 and is considered one of the earliest planted vineyards in the Dundee Hills. Uniquely situation on the eastern edge of the region, the property carries a family history of winemakers—one we were proud to help expand.

To increase production, we designed and built a new fermentation building in 2018 which would be the base where the Holstein family practices organic farming techniques and produces exceptional wine. We worked to maximize space and value to build something simple yet beautiful that can take the family’s vineyard to new heights.
