THE INTERSTATE APARTMENTS
A 5 story mixed-use building including 3 retail spaces on ground floor, 15 units on 2-4 levels with a roof deck. Project is located on a triangular lot at the intersection of North Interstate Ave and North Maryland Ave in Portland, OR. Open Concept Architecture is the architect of record for the remainder of project duration. Each floor has 4 types of unit and the green roof system is applied to this project.

Introducing some local artists’ work to this project, giving people a unique living and shopping experience once inside of the space.
RETAIL SPACE FROM COUNTER
The art wall acts as a ribbon throughout the building and stops at the rooftop. The outdoor seating area creates a mood differentiating from the city vibes.
