Our approach blends new techniques and aesthetics with existing local context. The site features a craftsman beach house, built in a style emblematic of the Oregon Coast. By renovating this building into a new food & beverage hub, this design uses what is already there and breathes new life into it.

The new courtyard patio offers opportunities for guests to gather, transforming this place into a cohesive, interconnected resort. Out here you’ll find outdoor games, an infinity pool, and ocean views.

Sustainable designs emerge naturally when we focus on guest experience and bringing out the beauty of the site. Repurposing the existing structure means fewer materials, greater cost savings, and a lower environmental impact.

The new hotel structure is built primarily of mass timber, an emerging industry in Oregon that is tied to the region’s forestry heritage. This innovative building material supports local industry while enhancing guests’ connection to the natural environment.
