DOMAINE NICOLAS-JAY WINERY

This unique project involved converting an agricultural building into a new winery. The new property offers 25 acres of plantable land, a gravity-flow facility, state of the art equipment, two temperature controlled barrel rooms, and a tasting room where visitors can do wine tastings and enjoy the 360 degree views of the Dundee Hills. When you walk into the winery, you are welcomed by an open kitchen, lounge, a wood-burning fireplace, and large tables for seated tastings. Much of the furniture including the floorboards and the long tables were milled from trees from the property.
