OREGON HILLS DISTILLERY

This concrete bunker was once part of the historic Red Electric rail line. Built in 1915, this electric substation powered trains running from Portland to Corvallis until Southern Pacific Railroad discontinued service in 1929.

Today, Dundee is a hub of the Oregon wine industry, making this bunker the perfect location for serving spirits, wines, and more. This design features a distillery, a barrel aging facility, and a whiskey and wine garden.

New additions house production, barrel aging, and seating areas.

A nod to the building’s history, the design is inspired by the styles of the pre-Prohibition era.
