Open Concept Architecture is a design firm based in the Pacific Northwest, with projects across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Our work spans a wide range of building types and markets, from hotels and wineries to clinics, affordable housing, offices, and amphitheaters.

Across these varied projects, three themes consistently emerge: Health, Hospitality, and Home. Whether we’re designing a clinic, a hotel, or a housing development, we focus on creating spaces where people feel healthy and welcomed. These values also guide how we work. We prioritize the health of our relationships, provide our service with care, and put in the work to make our clients feel at home in the process.

We founded OCA in 2017 in partnership with O’Brien & Company, to focus on integrated project delivery. That experience gives us a strong foundation in construction practices and shaped our practical, responsive approach to design. While we continue to work with O’Brien on select projects, we regularly team with a variety of contractors based on what’s best for each client.
